I think you can definitely snag one of the 12 White Feather man.
As far as I know, 3 of the 5 people in front of you on the leader board are after the Black Feather, so that leaves the White Feather chilling. Just keep stacking those tickets lad and I'm sure you'll get it in to time!

its definitely weird enough that it deserves a veiw watched it during Chiller's Halloween marathons back when I had Chiller. Also that's pretty epic, I bet it's not good at sneaking because you'd smell it before you see it. The cheese fangs are what give me the "evil" vibe.
So that evil burger pokemon reminds me of "The Mad" which is a really cheesy zombie movie with Billy Zane. And at one point a guy gets attacked by an evil hamburger patty... good times.
