nooooooo D: This probably isn't what I'm supposed to say, but if I were you I would probably just stop, honestly. Vladmir is dumb, but he's just one villager and it's not worth risking everyone else for him to leave. Chances are you won't be spending a lot if time in your DA with your new town and all -- you don't unlock it for over a week so you might forget by then, well at least I definitely would. Maybe you could just try for another half hour or so and then start cycling? That'll probably take at least a day, so you don't want to be completley sick of TTing. And you never know, he might ask to move out then!

Oh, yay! Since you're not restarting until the 1st, you could also cycle for new villagers to sell. If you just void lower tiers you should be able to get a few tier 1/2's.

Yeah, lots of villagers are way too low. Filbert and Hamlet are adorable and they're in tier four, and Marcie, Twiggy, and Bones are all in tier five! Although Vladmir is too, so I guess I can't complain. In this one creepy dream town I visited there was a skeleton (item) buried with a villager pic buried beside it, so maybe we could do that? loll

I think I don't need to use shampoodle, since I'm keeping my hair white for the hairbow wig (thanks again!) and my fav white non-wig hairstyle is the bedhead one. I wonder what was going on before though. o.o I'm going to be on for another hour or two so you can drop the stuff off now if you want.
