Click that, then where it says To Account - Change:, switch between Bells to Tickets back to Bells then enter in the amount you'd like to send and click submit! It's pretty easy! On my profile on the far right, there's a "Wi-Fi Rating" tab. From there, you click on it and leave a positive rating by clicking on the buttons that it gives you and leaving a comment. It's pretty easy once you figure it out.
