I agree...I'd only buy it if it was less than $10, since I probably wouldn't get too into it. Just to check it out for a bit.

The only reason I can see the Wii U being better is if they add a lot of new features that make it necessary...but handheld is always best IMO, I like being able to play anywhere I go.

You're lucky you got to see them develop from game to game. I really wish I'd played the older games...especially Wild World sounds like it had some pretty cute things in it that aren't in New Leaf. I considered buying a used copy of it, but IDK if it would feel awkward or cool in a retro way.

Yes I've seen it a couple of times. The first time I was a little disappointed that it wasn't related to ACNL (since that's the only one in the series I've played)...but then I watched it again with my nieces, and they were so excited about everything, they got me excited too! lol

I wish they'd make a new one...a live action maybe! They really need to cash in on a good thing.

IKR, I told my bf to watch the LP with me, so he could "see why I'm so obsessed with it"...not gonna lie, he was kind of bored. (In all fairness, he said he already knew most of it from listening to me blahblahblah about it as I played before lol)

Oh no worries, I was kidding, I totally got why you told me. I didn't realize the games were more expensive than 3DS games too. I mean, duh...

And yeah the LP wouldn't have been fun if I hadn't played myself...now it's just like "awww, the nostalgia is killing me!" every 5 seconds

Actually, thanks to you, I've become completely hooked on watching the Chuggaconroy ACNL LP...I can't get over what a great game it really is. Even after all this time, I find it entertaining. If the next AC game is on a wii U, I'll have to cave in and get the whole set up...

Well I've already seen Pikmin 3, so it's fine. I'm sure 2 will be good too. lol, I like how we're talking like it's a movie. XD

But yes, I watch them for the same reasons you said. Also, since games are not cheap, I do it as research before I buy...I call it research, like it's very important work! Somebody has to do it, so might as well be me. Yup, research.

Oh the ACNL gameplay vids are probably why I know that name...I've heard people mention him.

I'm going to actually watch the ACNL one right now. I kind of miss ACNL, since I haven't played in a while, because I "finished" my town, and ran out of things to do...but I can re-live it all with a gameplay maybe.

I didn't see a Pikmin 3 on his playlists, but that's cool, I'll look at the ones for Pikmin 2, since I'll probably never play that one myself.

Hey, thanks for your input on that...I appreciate your effort to find a solution for me. I could maybe play with the gamepad to start, and then if I need to I could try lugging it all to my parent's house and use their TV. XD Which they never use. lol Then I'll take their TV. Mwahaha my evil plan.

I watched ZackScottGames. I really like him, he breezes through most games in a way that's so the OPPOSITE of how I do it. It's kind of a nice break to experience a game from a none-control-freak-y perspective, since when I play games I peek into every nook and cranny and try to get every last enemy etc...

I've heard of Chuggaconroy, but never watched his videos...I'll check it out.

Pikmin 3 is the gameplay I watched on Youtube, and you're right it had really nice graphics. I seriously watched it like a movie! lol

I didn't understand what all the juice was used for...and the person doing the gameplay moved through it MUCH faster than I would have. I would have repeated days probably a bunch of times. Anyway, yeah it looks like an awesome game.

I really want to get a Wii U, but the problem is I don't have a TV. Can you use it without a TV? I'm a weirdo for that, maybe lol. But I watch everything online, so...do you happen to know if I could maybe connect it to my laptop at least for the bigger screen?

I know I was so happy because I got on a little roll with the eggs but then I just couldn't find anymore Oh well, there will be other events.

This makes me wish I was good at puzzles, I tried to do it since you sent this but I'm awful at it. I found one of the easier ones but that's about it D:

Yeah he's doing better so it's going okay ^^ That's very true though. Dyeing eggs and going on the little egg hunts was always the best. When I was really little we would go over to a friend's house and do cascarones, the little eggs filled with confetti and you crush them on people's heads for good luck, which was always fun.
I feel you on the egg hunt thing. I was trying to do it, but I'm no good at puzzles so for half the clues all I think is, "huh?" Oh well, no collectibles for me. Chinese food sounds so good right now though, I've been craving it like crazy since I haven't had it in months. That will be nice though, I hope you have fun

It was pretty good, but I realized this year that Easter definitely not as fun as you get older. Plus like half my family didn't show up because one of my cousins was in the hospital sooo there's that. On the upside, I did get some candy so woohoo. How was yours?
