Yeah, that's what I would assume too, but I'm not really sure. One Piece is the kind of anime that is sometimes really random, like the Usopp vs Sugar knock out scene. What the hell was that even XD I still can't believe Franky kissed that woman.
Many people say Luffy will //sob die //cries because Roger did, but honestly, isn't it boring if Luffy is like the exact copy of Roger? He already has a lot of traits he had, and that's kinda awesome, but if it's just all the same, it's stupid in my opinion....

Yes! And I like it so far! Like I said, I'm not up-to-date with the show since I want to binge watch it when the arc is over, but so far it's awesome! I love an arc with a fighting tournament, especially with everyone there. I like it a lot, though! I liked Punk Hazard, but this one is great. It's one of the better ones in a long time in my opinion.

You can't buy skins from the Festive Favours shop, where you exchange tablets for apparel/familiars. You might have traded 65 tablets for the skin, but you definitely can't get skins or accents from tablets.
