Im not sure, I just came back when I posted the board and I was like what.
They used to.. but it seems most boards even charge 10 tbt for tier 4. which is why i charge cyclers for tier 1/2 if they are charging for them. :/
Thanks for letting me know, but I'm not going to pay 30-40 tbt for a villager who is tier 5. haha, I rather work on my on to get him if that is the case.
