    Lowest level for the zapdos and moltres is 60 if that's ok

    Okay! I finished however mudkip, treeko, torchic, and volcanion could not be put in luxury balls. I looked it up online and there was some complicated reason for why the starters couldn't, and then volcanions an event so I can't change the ball.
