I just prefer to get Katrina's shop unlocked very early in my towns due to me never actually using it. Plus, I just really hate seeing that spot empty on Main Street! It's bad enough that I unlocked Club LOL like a week ago and it still hasn't opened.

This is an amazingly cheap way to do this, but I'm finding myself creating 19 alts to unlock Katrina's shop! At least a villager just moved so I already have a dirt plot.. but I need entertainment! D:
