Which is exactly why I suggest gardening last. The only thing that will prevent a house from plotting is a PWP (other than plot resetting)
Its tough! Keep in mind...when you get a new villager, you have to go around and pull up your hybrids, so they don't get lost under a house!
I would not plant any bushes until last. Focus on getting the rest of your dreamies, so it is easier to plot them with out ruining everything you do.
