Sorry it's a confusing process, can't you access your computer?

Good, mostly I'm on iPads myself on here, the only way is to make PhotoBucket account.
You can use it on website/safari or download the app which is easier, then you upload the wanted profile picture into PhotoBucket and then it will make a URL link for you, do you know what to do from here? Or shall I explain more?
