I don't know if you still have Phil but yes I have been looking, as far as his items in the retail if they are already there and you saved whether he is in boxes or not they shouldn't disappear they don't take back retail items with them unless you want them to and they aren't in boxes and you get them to buy them back..but no his retail items won't disappear just because he is leaving.
