    It's Sweden and if you mean the European Union itself I don't think that affects the release that much? Or I don't know haha. I think just EU/PAL region is those countries that runs that system coding, sometimes they count Oceania and some Asian countries to that too..

    I threw together an e-mail now though to the Swedish Nintendo so i hope they can help me by poiting me where to begin so I can get a refund or a new cartridge, I could use the money now though...
