I’m not going to do this for every event. Just for the festive holidays. Halloween, Thanksgivings, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Easter, 4th of July, and even the TBT Fair.
I put in choco cakes when there's a holiday. Monday was Leif Erikson's Day. Friday is Friday the 13th. Once Friday the 13th ends, they will be apples again, but only for a couple of days. I also plan on making them choco cakes for Super Mario Odyssey day, Halloween, and Dia de los Muertos.

and i totally agree- it's sad seeing a lot of people leaving or taking breaks from here... its the best for them, of course, but i sure wish we didn't have to sacrifice things for others ;; i'm limiting myself to 30min of acnl a day, which allows me to barely get a couple conversations in with my villagers and get my dailies done as i run like a madwoman around town but i think it's good for me- it really helps me focus on my schoolwork more
