you might want to keep a few personal effects but mostly you will be getting just about a whole new town really, with exception of the animals, you will get hybrids, bells sets galore dlcs wet suit etcetcetc so if there are any like pictures persay you want to keep, I would say keep those, but everything unless you can already order do away with it! Hope that helps some. Remember you will be raiding TWO towns so that is a LOT to take in. And it doesn't have to be done all in one day either. I can give you some time in between so you can organize things.
