Yes, but there's a cycling method I use which can get a villager out in less than 10 minutes. Are you still willing to give me Poppy? I will still pay you 4 mil and Skye when she moves into my town via plot reset.
Plot resetting is when you're due for a new villager, and you start the game as a new character. You search your town for a new plot, see if it's a villager you like, and if not, then you try it again. I don't have Skye yet, but I can get her through this method fairly quickly.
