Yes, you did order a super sapling bundle. The deal is, if you buy any bundle from the shop, you will automatically receive another bundle that is free. So you will end up with the bundle you paid for, and another one that you didn't pay for. Therefore, you should have double the amount of saplings. It's ok, we all get confused at times!
