Okay, then its simple. Turn OFF your 3DS, pull out the SD Card, push it into your ipod or smartphone or such, so you can open the folder. You'll find the picture in those folders maybe in the latest ones. Once you find the file, open imgur or such and upload the picture file. When you finished uploading, you can link the URL of the picture here.
