you have two options:
either you can make your image smaller (around 200px high),
or you can put the links next to it (if you want to do that, I can explain how)

I mean that the image is within the limits, but the whole signature is too big because it includes lines of text, the signatures on the forum can only be 250px high including image + text underneath
