Normally yes! There was only like 1-2 times where it went bad xD But it wasn't commissioning, it was buying it from a cosplay shop online! So far I've commissioned 2 of my friends and they did fantastic <3 Normally it's best to commission from other cosplayers (especially people you know) since they personally do the best ahahah. As for cosplay stores, now I only order from taobao.com and I join in on group orders with my friends XD Taobao is like a chinese ebay, it's a little complicated to work with at first xD
