I received a 4 IV Shiny Tympole with Water Absorb from a friend. I'm not sure if you'd be interested, but I can modify it to make it 6 IV (and still be legal of course), and make it level 100 and evolved and such. Not sure if you're looking for hacked legal Pokémon, but just let me know! I could also simply give you the 4 IV shiny one.

I can also create any legal shinies you'd want, having them appear to be 100% real and usable in battles. If you don't care if they're not 100% legit. We could negotiate a lower price for some, as they are generated.
