LOL i actually got it now as we spoke. and yeah it grants immunity to a number of debuffs which is nice, wish there was some master item for that much like cell phone but for immunity

Yeah I think tier 3 is after Golem or something? I recommend you get moon lord armor/weapons though to have a fair chance and get as many traps as you can
