yeah they cost a lot :'D you wanna aim for the 5000 pendants though because those stay in your grid for a long time!

if you wanna make it quick, you can host the omega raids, hosting gives you 40 pendants each, so if you host all 6 raids 3 times, that's 720 pendants per day. ofc you don't have to host all everyday, it's up to you! just call backup and let others finish it. I personally just host the ones I need (earth and wind atm) You do need to reach 10k in contribution points though to get the max amount of pendants (which should be easy)

For ingots, it depends on the weapon. They're hard to get as well so it's better to use them on weapons you get from gacha. I'd highly suggest saving them until you reach rank 101+ and know better about the game. Uncapping isn't really important early on, it's better to focus on raising the weapon's skill level instead!

your wind charas are pretty good actually! just need time + appropriate weapons and you'll have a pretty good team, esp if your fire is good which makes grinding for wind faster

you just need weapons! did you see the guide for weapons yet? O: this game relies heavily on what weapons you have, once you're set on that you'll hit 60k-80k regularly (it takes a lot of grinding to get there though... took me like 3 months when i first started, prob earlier if you're lucky)
