Go onto your tumblr, hit edit theme at the top right, then copy and paste the whole theme code into the box~
I think I used this theme: (x). I'm not 100% sure because when I try to find the source it keeps linking me back to an invalid page, but that looks like it to me! Then I just played around in the settings to change the colours and stuff.
