Ah~, yeah that's one thing I'd always be concerned, actually! Since my game is JP version, and some players don't like their villagers talking in rune characters (JP, KR, etc.) I'm worried when I'm giving my villagers to other players. (￣ε ￣; Hope it isn't bothering you;

I don't think they're still awake after the time they're usually awake. They're awake 24 hours when they're boxed up though. And yeah, if you find them outside the next day, they'll ping you unless it's the day that they get boxed up.

Hi! c: No no, don't be sorry. You're welcome to ask me, if it's something I can answer, hahaha. So, regarding your question, yes someone else might be deciding to move out the next day you declined other villager's moving plan.
If there's someone planning to move, or if yes who it is, those things are random. System decides it by RNG when you load a new day. So, sometimes there's no one the next day, sometimes there is. 2 days forwards or 3 days backwards or those method actually has no point. The only thing that's for sure is, after 10 days have past from previous mover, there's for sure someone who's planning to move, if you have more than 8 villagers.

Ah. No difference if you TT day by day or jump to the next day of them boxed up. No one else but the said villager who's approved to move out will leave your town till he's gone. Would this make sense?
