They do xD 16 years of age, though I took my written exam when I was 19-20 ;_; I have had a fear of driving since 15 or so</3 I got my permit for a year and duh, did not do the drivers test, I was somewhat unstable Dx OMG THO' that license method O_O That does sound fairly long xD

Best place to find them is Deviantart I get Bokehs/Fractals etc. all from there Although sometimes I google them like "Bokeh Pack" or whatever it is you want/need for overlays/textures<3
