Whatever i had on was a fitbit, something that tracks your fitness activity. It measures how many steps you took, how many floors you went up, how many miles you walked, your heart rate, how many calories you burned, how many hours you walked between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and how much sleep you had.
Fitbit recommends that you get 10,000 steps a day. It's easy for me to get there, as I passed the 20,000 step mark a couple times before, but I never made it to 30,000 until yesterday.
