ikr? I wanted them both too, but they've made it literally impossible to get them even if you do spend a ridiculous amount of money buying tickets you still might not get everything bc of the rng!

It's not enough to make me quit the game, but it's extremely maddening and disheartening.
I'm hoping the elegant villagers and amenities come out soon!
