Hello! Yes, the 10th villager can ping but you must have patience because it usually takes a long times. Probably you have to to establish a friendship with him. Olaf has gone after 4 months (1 month of TT for me). Some people suggest just to ignore the villager you want get rid of, but can't be sure about this... -
