Not the best. But one of the best. School of the Arts, Singapore. Or SOTA for short. Basically a school where you learn about performing arts, actinf, singing etc.
I lived in Singapore for a longgggg time, so my Tagalog is not that fluent. I live in Manila, so I don't speak Cebuano. I have a friend who is from Cebu though! She also lives in Singapore and is now studying at one of the best Highschools there.

You're from there? And yeah, June-September as I remember. It's always so crazy there D: Last time I visited, we didn't even get to go anywhere because flood, typhoon, heavy winds, etc., and everything was closed!! And the hotels were booked, like omfg..
