Keep in mind that 4 hp is enough to increase a base stat, its just that 6 considers it fully trained.
The extra 2 EVs dont increase the stat at all.

did u already train for evs? you should stick to the rules and not add in random stats, because it will ruin the spread's utility :x
adding hp will ruin it. greninja doesnt benefit from hp increasements at all as it's really frail
