i was really un-social back in 6th grade - very early at 7th grade and i would be alone in the recess lmao
Then i founded people who we're liked the same things as i did (or almost the same) and then became friends

So yeah it depends of how much you search out of the box , if there's is just people who doesn't like you and you don't like them, try talking to other people from different grades (8th grade or 10th grade)

AND DO NOT TRY AND COME ALONG TO THAT POPULAR GROUP TO ASK IF YOU CAN BE WITH THEM
