Yeah, I started trying to slowly get my kids back towards a schedule a couple of weeks ago. We build it slowly so it's not so bad. 2 weeks ago, devices/electronics go off at 11:30/ bed at 12:30. Last week was 11 & 12. This week will be 10:30 and 11:30 and the week after (the last week) will be split. First half 10 and 11 and then 9:30 and 10:30.
