I wanna request pietro but, I'm waiting on someone to give me theirs but it's kinda taking a while;; and I'm afraid another villager is gonna move in and I don't wanna keep pushing back time to prevent that, I kinda wanna move on with the days.. Would it be bad of me to get pietro here? I was gonna edit my reply to the person saying I got him (I mean if I do buy pietro from here that is) I'm just really dumb and unsure on these things so I'm not sure if that would be bad of me to do? Cause it's been like 4 days now and I'm unsure if the person is gonna be on today but, like I said I'm nervous of another villager moving in cause I'm at 9 currently..

Hey! A villager wont randomly move in at just 9 villagers, you have to ask them to move in from another town or from a campsite. Another way is "the void" which is sorta confusing and if you look it up can read about. Just lemme know what you decide on doing. Maybe give it another day?

I'm just a very impatient person in general and before knowing the info you mentioned, it made me paranoid too thinking another villager would move in.
