Coffee, a peach and a banana yogurt this morning.
spinach and mozarella salad, asparagus, two hard boiled egg and a glass of almond milk at lunch.
Left over spinach and mozarella salad, rice noodles with soy sauce for dinner (eating noodles now).
I don't know what I'll have for dessert yet.
Maybe breakfast cereal or toast with jam.
Egg whites w/ cheese for breakfast, and then a shaken iced blackberry mojito tea lemonade from Starbucks after my workout.
For lunch, I had some shredded slow cooker buffalo chicken.
