i just poured coffee into a mug that i forgot to rinse out, had darjeeling tea in it before, and the resulting flavor of the coffee afterwards was... pretty good!

That sounds really interesting actually! I never thought to combine the two. To me, coffee was like, tea's poisonous/dirty cousin. I love both, but coffee doesn't refresh me. It just hypes me up.
