3ds game recommendations?

I would recommend New Leaf, Sims 3, Pokémon Omega Ruby, and Shin Megami Tensei!

Lets see:
Harvest Moon: a new beginning is really fun if you're into that :3
Also any of the style savvy games. I enjoy them a lot.
And Miitopia too! I really want it

I own harvest moon I keep killing my plants and animals and it's upsetting my boy Niel,, and bruh I want style savvy trendsetter but it's 40.00 dollars,, I have cash and plenty of money but aaah idk,,

If you like rhythm games then I recommend Rhythm Heaven Megamix and Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's treasure!!
Other notable mentions from me: any Fire Emblem game, Story of Seasons, Animal Ctossing New Leaf and Happy Home Designer, Miitopia, WarioWare Gold, any The Legend of Zelda game, any Ace Attorney game, Luigi's Mansion, Fantasy Life, Barvely Deafult and Rune Factory c:

I see people already mentioned Story of Seasons Trio of Towns and Fantasy Life, both of which have claimed many dozens of hours of my life... But Ever Oasis is another one that’s pretty fun! It’s got puzzles and combat, but you also run a town! You’ve gotta go out and find materials to put in the shops and you can only have so many shops at a time. Oh, and there’s farming! It’s kinda like if Legend of Zelda met Story of Seaons.

Fantasy Life is so much fun! One of my faves on 3DS! Also any of the Zelda games for 3DS - Link Between Worlds, Ocarina of Time 3D, Majora's Mask etc. I also enjoyed Triforce Heroes but I think no one plays it now so it won't be fun anymore.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned these already but Fire Emblem Awakening, Fire Emblem Fates (I think this one has 3 versions??), Monster Hunter (MH3 ultimate, MH4 ultimate, MH generations, MH stories), Shin Megami Tensei 4, Ace Attorney, Rune Factory 4 (this is out on switch too) :)

i bought the majority of my 3ds games as a preteen so without the nostalgia effect i don't know how much they'd appeal but i was very into style boutique for a while, and following on with harvest moon i loved tale of two towns!

as far as zelda games go i really rec the n64 remakes and ESPECIALLY link between worlds!! that game is so so good. as the 3ds has backwards compatibility i think getting some ds games could be cool too, like some of the pokémon games (ranger and mystery dungeon are great series).
animal crossing happy home designer is great to waste time with too lol.

Oh, right, Ace Attorney. The 3DS trilogy is a good port of the first three games, and Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice are both DECENT games, but not as good as the trilogy.

And the less said about 4 the better.

I think Fantasy Life is a great game which can keep you busy for a while :D If you have someone else to play together with (each their own 3DS+cartridge) it's even better but not a must ;)

I don't think it's been mentioned here but I recommend Ever Oasis! It's so underrated. It's very AC-like in the sense that you manage a town but it's different enough.

I've seen AC fans who like the Disney games where you have a town and a cafe but I've never played those so I can't say. :p

Another vote for Fantasy Life, Rhythm Heaven, and Luigi’s Mansion here!! Fantasy life was my favorite game on the 3ds (aside from ACNL)

the ace attorney trilogy is on the switch as well! They also go on sale pretty frequently (both Switch & 3ds) so I’d wait to buy it 😊

Any of the Style Savvy games are really fun! Style Savvy: Trendsetters, Style Savvy: Fashion Forward, and Style Savvy: Styling Star are all on the 3DS. You don't need to have played any of the past iterations to play a game as they're stand alone.

They're Nintendo titles where you are a manager in charge of a boutique, and you get to dress your customers and manage your shop. You're also able to do some modelling, design your own clothes, enter fashion competitions, style hair, do makeup, and style men's fashion, but the availability of each option depends on the game.

There's tens of thousands of fashion items you can pick from and an actual story to go along with the game as well. Definitely something you can sink 100+ hours into since the game is technically never-ending. Art is great as well! I think it's one of the best fashion related games on the 3DS, especially since a lot of the other titles are mostly shovelware... these games are actually quality.

Fantasy Life was a lot of fun and takes a while to master all the different jobs. I'm actually thinking of going back and playing it again. Miitopia is a bit less open-world, but still fun. I played that one in smaller chunks.

Style Savvy: Trendsetters or Fashion Forward (or Styling Star, if you want to go digital) are great. I'm still hoping they'll put out a new one for the Switch.

One that I don't hear mentioned often, but I had fun with is Gabrielle's Ghostly Groove. It's a rhythm game but you play as a girl who has become sick and she turns into a ghost. Her cat acts as a guide in a world of monsters that she has to befriend and get help from by learning different dances to perform with them. There are a few mini games, as well, and outfits and badges to collect.
