3DS XL Friend Code

Right now there's only an option to put one 3DS FC (in the user about settings). I guess that might be to lessen confusion about what system the user wants others to connect to them on, but I think it'd still be good to have a 3DS XL option for those who own both systems.

Well why not add more than one 3ds code in case someone has more than one 3ds?

The 3ds and 3ds XL aren't different systems, the XL is just an larger version of it.
