I don't live in the US, I like in Canada. The Queen is on our money does that count? (I kid, of course!)
I don't really know how paypal to paypal account transfers work.... and putting money into my paypal account can take DAYS. -__-"
I have received and sent money from Serbia and Austria via Western Union, and also through bank transfers (but that would require exchanging bank info.... kinda sketchy over the internet...). So Western Union DOES work in Europe and converts currency, at least from the Euro to the Canadian Dollar. I am sure the Pound too. Would you consider it? It can be done through email very easily and instantaneously.

honestly paypal is so much easier (especially on me too, i pay a lot of my bills via a paypal debit card). paypal is really simple, if you already have an account and it's hooked to your bank account, you just deposit money into it via their site, and then choose to transfer the money to me by email. in a way it's very similar to western union, but without the ridiculous fee and it's really quick, usually instantaneous as well.

I get paid in a couple weeks. I just paid rent and credit cards this week and I have a few other things to buy before I purchase an art commission this week.

Do you do art based on a photograph? I may choose to change my reference..... if not even the clothing of my mayor reference.... His will stay the same.

and yes photos are fine, however they need to be really clear. if you want to include a colour palette too for things like hair and eyes alongside a photo that's also fine!
