I am almost done with my orderable sets catalogue. I am paying 500k per (full) set to catalogue it. The way I define full is 4+ pieces missing from the list below. Offering less for smaller sets, but still 100-200k. Quick Bells for those who have full sets ON HAND!

Modern: Desk
Patchwork: Not sure what all there is because it's piecemeal online, but I HAVE chair, dresser, lamp, sofa, table
Ranch: Wall, Flooring, Armchair, Chair, one more (I can't find the name of this item, if you have the full set no worried. If you don't, look on my catalogue and see if you have the missing piece!)

My friend says she has some of the items you are looking for. She is local and you are internet when I open up my town She is wondering if she can join in the trade as well. Is it possible for a nearby and faraway person to come to the same town?

No they both have to be nearby or both far away. But she should just be able to connect as "far away". The difference is one is LAN and one is over the net.
