and thus i've made a very questionable decision. (i decided to restart my island after a lot of thought in november due to uh. screwing things up really bad re terraforming and having memories attached to my og island that kept me from fully enjoying it and basically abandoning the game in early october. rip castella march 20th-december 3rd 2020, my catalog and diy catalog and money, we been knew this was how it was gonna go i have a lot of my original islands development documented...on twt where it's extremely hard to keep it all together in one place,,,so acacia stuff is gonna go here i hope i can remember to put stuff here wah island was named for both the tree and the bump of chicken song )

honestly i've found that imo the prettiest and most aesthetically pleasing islands are the ones that,,,dont have too much reworked?? i mean to say that dont go overboard w the terraforming and whatnot,,my biggest mistake w my first island was flattening it (3 times...) ik clean slate islands work for some ppl but not for me,,,it was too overwhelming

some cool little tide pools i'm super psyched to have and my peninsula,,,it is VERY large much bigger than my first islands i'm thinking hard abt what to do w it,,,probably a more involved lighthouse setup than i had on my old island

a big ty to user @Jhine7 for selling bells and nmt for p affordable tbt,,,i'm the kind of person who likes to have stuff saved up at all times (hoarder) so this got rid of a lot of The Grind for me tbh idk how he does so many trades, trading w one person takes so much of my energy and he runs like 5 stores the nmt are gonna have to hang out on the floor until i get more storage unfortunately

i really like this little area on my island, its so scenic! needs some more flowers that arent pansies. i'll probably put my campsite in this area its v secluded feeling
