I think so? I, myself, have been fairly outgoing from ages 5 to 13, most likely due to my developmental age having been a tad younger than my biological one for pretty much the majority of my life, but more of an introvert for the rest of my life... I think the introvertism returned at the age of 13 when I started to distrust people more since 8th grade was a horrible era for me due to being picked on there almost every time, which also didn't have a good influence on my home situation, where they also started picking me on because they thought I liked it... (Of course not! No neurodivergent person should ever be treated this negatively! 😡😤)
Those among hundreds or maybe even thousands of other negative factors had made me into a more introverted and paranoid someone than I used to be, and despite the fact that I can seemingly somewhat live with that nowadays, others needlessly worry their behinds off about me, even if they're not my relatives in any way and thus shouldn't really care that much about me, because I already care enough about myself, and that's also good, I presume.
All of those experiences in my life, however, did let me discover that I'm better at expressing myself by typing and/or writing than verbally, which is also most likely a good thing, hence why my posts here can often be as long as hundreds or thousands of words. 🤷‍♂️

Well I'm not the same person I was years ago so something must have changed.

I have changed many times so far. Some times by choice, sometimes because something has happened to me. I am still "dorky" and "clumsy" and "funny" though. Some things stay the same I think. :)
