Unfortunately, no. My native fruit are Peaches. I do have a couple of delicious pears to trade for delicious peaches.

Do you have to shake the cherry trees for the cherries to fall off in order for the delicious cherries to grow, or do they just pop up randomly even though the cherries are already on the tree?

i dont have the game myself but i pretty sure you have to shake them off and they will randomly grow on them one day
