A Few Questions for a Beginner?

Hey guys! I totally just got AC:NL! Wahoo. Anyways, I have a few questions if you can answer them for me?

1) How do you get the villagers that are listed in the 'higher tier' here on this site? I saw them on a thread and it was based on popularity. How do you get these more 'rare' villagers in your village? Does it have to do with your town, what you're doing in it, etc?

2) Is there ANY WAY you can control where villagers live? Or is it that you're just SOL when they build a house where you don't want it?

That's all I can think of right now for questions... I think.

Hi katoyena - welcome to the forums!

1) Who moves in to your town is completely random unless you invite a villager from another town to move into yours. Here's a short guide on how to successfully adopt a villager from another person's town [LINK]

2) You can! It's called plot resetting, here's a written guide & a video guide.

you can also buy villagers here for igb (in game bells)

and if you do need bells, 100 TBT (site currency) is equal to 15mil IGB and more. But 15mil is the most common rate right now.
