Yep, selling a few things to get an "emergency fund," if you would, for some dreamies because I didn't exactly expect Phoebe to ask to move out today 
...and by a few things, I mean most of my stuff. I don't use like 90% of it anyway. I have it split into three categories, 1 TBT, 5 TBT, and 10 TBT. These prices also translate into NMT, but I do prefer TBT. I have villagerdb wishlists for each category.
