Glory to Arstotzka comarades! Arstotzka has ended its war with dirty Kolechia and you may enter East Grestin! But how might I ask? Well for all you Mayors out there Arstotzka has put a special diplomatic rule in place! All you need is a ID card of some sort and proof of mayorship! Is that not simple? Any non-mayors require passport and entry permit. We will also allow anyone with good rating from the BTF branch of Arstotzka!
Failure to follow any of the rules will result in Detainment, Deportation and/or hard labor.
