Rather than a signature, I am seeking a new series of banners for the re-opening of Nicole's Knick Knack Department. Why don't I make one myself you might wonder? Well, it's more of a case of I just don't have the time, neither do I own any digital skills to create a substantial and fine piece of artwork.
The following features are what I idealise, however I am open to new ideas.

This heading is most important to my shop as it will be shown on the front page to welcome new and returning customers. As this is the case, do not be offended if I seem too picky or precise.
Text: Nicole's Knick Knack Department
Colour of text: I'm not sure, send me a few samples via PM.
Shape: I would like the outline of the shape to glow a little.
Size: No bigger than 250 x 715 pixels, and I don't want it too small either.
Gif: To be fitted to the bird shape.

Just below the branch, I reckon an addition of a line of small gold tool icons would be pretty cute.

I do request a sample of the final product(s) first before transferring the payment, so please bear this in mind. I am offering 1.5K for both requests, plus a feasible tip if done to perfection or if I am just feeling generous
