Ok so this is just somthing i thought up one day while trying to fall asleep. So I think Rover is the "god" of Animal Crossing. I mean when you first meet him hes on the bus with you, which is really no big deal. But then he is also ironically on your first trip to the city. Hes the one who loads up the world for you and it seems hes that you are the only one who knows him.

Again i doubt this is what Nintendo was trying to do, but now i plan to make one of my houses a Rover shrine lol

Rover only did this on the Gamecube and the Wii versions of the game, he was only a rare visitor drinking coffee on the AC:WW.
