AC:NL SPAM/OFF TOPIC Thread (post random discussion HERE)

Hi, everyone! With New Leaf right around the corner and everyone being SUPER EXCITED as ya should be, I thought this would be appropriate to keep random chit-chat about the game consolidated. Not every topic needs a new thread.

Instead of making a new thread, please use this thread to post and discuss anything spam-y/off topic that's still related to New Leaf, but not worthy of a new thread. Talking/asking about specific game plans or opinions, for example. Let's not clutter up the board!

General forum rules apply, of course. Please be kind and considerate to everyone. Don't argue with, flame, or mock other members. That's exactly why I think this thread is important. If you don't like it, just stay out of it.

Use this thread to ask legitimate questions about the game. You can also search to find threads specifically for 3DS FC trading.

Thanks for allowing the thread. Still, I don't know how people who only stick to the NL board will see it. I guess we'll see.

This thread's only purpose is to cut back on the "pointless" spam threads some people are complaining about. People still keep their Bells/post count after locking a thread, right? Unless it's later deleted, I don't see how it's any different than spamming up the board.

I like the spiked up style when I get a vibrant color, otherwise I just go with the starting hairstyles for regular brown hair.
I plan on designing a blue plaid collared shirt when I get the game and yeah, I need blue hair and blue contacts.

Well, it depends on how this thread plays out. I'm okay with moving it back and out of the basement if this thread still has some kind of discussion. (like right now) But you called it a spam thread, so I've moved it to the basement as a precautionary measure if it is literally used for spam. (image replies, three word posts, etc)

It still shows up on the Activity Stream and New Posts anyway, and there's a redirect at the moment on the NL board. It can be seen.

On another forum I'm on, they're VERY finicky about keeping the forum caa-lee-een. So each specific board only has a handful of threads and they each have their own "spam/off topic" thread so a million useless threads aren't made. It keeps everything organized and it really works. I thought it was worth a shot here.

I fix that by getting the bun or pony/pigtails. Still, long hair would be nice! I'd LOVE a braid!!!
