Are you deceived by the phrase "This policy was created by Nintendo of America and we have been asked to follow these rules"? If so, what part of NOA_ANDY do you not understand? Besides, IS EVERY OTHER *MAJOR* FORUM ASKED TO FOLLOW THESE RULES? After a quick trip to GameFAQs, I find the answer is no, they are not. Or maybe they were. I wouldn't know.

Those other major forums are not affiliated with Nintendo, NSider is under the control of it.

GFAQ's doesn't need to follow the rules set for NSider because they are not governed by NOA's executives. NOA needs to guarantee safety for the children of parents and giving out things that allow people to communicate in any way on their own forums is not a good thing to do. It's like the no AIM sharing rule. It's for good reason and I stand by it, from the eyes of an NOA executive. We may not enjoy the consequences of such a rule, but there is nothing we can do that will change it, don't waste your finger strength PMing NOA's, they can't budge. You'll not care about this soon enough anyways.

anyway, yeah, i dont care about the not sharing friend codes there, i'll live, i can do it here just as easily... but i think help threads is too far... i can't see anything wrong with them, and until i do, i'll petition to get the ACAC back.
