Smells like a troll. Not surprised if it is one.

He is a troll, he didn't know how to make a thread and spammed up others asking how to. He triple-posted somewhere, saying stuff like "HOW DO I POST A THREAD", then 5 mins later he was like "WHY WONT YOU TELL ME HOW" etc.
